I have lost the will to blog.

Well, it’s more than that, really. For one thing, I’m beginning the initial stages of my dissertation, which means that I don’t have the time I’d need to come up with worthwhile, insightful posts on a daily basis (or even three or four times a week, actually).

For another, while I’m still just as angry as I ever was about the political direction this country has taken, it feels like I’m wasting my time bitching about it here. There are other blogs that do angry politics better than I do, and some of those are actually able to organize their readers (or at least facilitate that organization) to take, you know, actual action.

In short, I just don’t see the point of this anymore. So forget it. I quit. Thanks for reading.
